“The new owner Tom is a rockstar and so is his coach Nico, I think he’s the 13rd US champion? HUGE muscles. I started 8 months ago not even knowing what Crossfit was, I now go x5/week. The members are friendly and down to earth. It’s overall a cool vibe. If you go to the 10 am class you might see some very cute puppies. They make it great for seasoned CrossFitters and can adjust for beginners, so don’t be shy if you’re new and want to try to new workout in the neighborhood. They always explain each routine before the work out starts. I def recommend this gym.”
