If you ask us what CrossFit is, we define it as constantly varied, functional movement done at high intensity. It is a multi disciplinary approach to fitness. We do multiple modalities such as but not limited to; Olympic lifting (snatch/ clean and jerk), powerlifting (squat/bench press/deadlift), bodyweight movements (pull ups/push ups/handstand push ups), plyometrics (jumping/explosive movements) running, rowing, biking, agility work and mobility (yoga/stretching).
