Membership Pause Policy
To ensure a smooth and timely pause of your membership, please review this policy carefully. It is designed to be clear and fair to all members.
1. Requesting and Processing
Notice Requirements
- All pause requests must be submitted with a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice for administrative processing.
- We highly recommend submitting your request at least two (2) weeks in advance to guarantee timely processing.
- Retroactive pauses cannot be applied.
Confirmation
- Our team will process your request and send a confirmation email within five (5) business days.
- The confirmation will include your total No Charge Pause Days used and remaining (Annual Limit: 89 days).
2. Pause Duration and Limitations
Pause Limits
- Annual Limit: Members are allowed a total of 89 No Charge Pause Days per calendar year.
processing. - Maximum Single Pause: The maximum duration for a single pause instance is 60 consecutive days. Your membership and billing will automatically restart on the 90th day.

- Extended Pause Fee: A $30 charge will be applied to each pause request that exceeds the 89-day annual limit.
Minimum Pause Periods
- Business Pause: A minimum of five (5) business days.
- Personal Pause: A minimum of seven (7) calendar days.
- Injury Pause: A minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days.
