I am a HUGE believer in being as strong as possible. This is one of the reasons we do as much strength training as we do at CrossFit Hell’s Kitchen.

Strength training is one of the several things that differentiate CrossFit Hell’s Kitchen.  Strength training doesn’t mean just doing squats, deadlifts, clean and jerks etc. It means following specific, progressive and proven strength training programs. I tell all new beginners that “strength is of the utmost importance”, and this article articulates that in a real world, matter of fact way.

Be prepared for for the real world. Be prepared for when the shit hits the fan. Be strong. You don’t get to scale real life…..
