What should I know about my Trial Class?

  • Don't worry if you don't know the movements, or if you are out of shape.
  • CrossFit is infinitely scalable. This means we can cater to your fitness levels and needs.
  • You'll be in the hands of one of our Certified CrossFit Coaches.
  • We'll get you set up and make sure you know what to do.
  • All you'll need to do is show up and be ready to workout!
